SNAPin Series C Funding Includes Investment from Trilogy Equity Partners

Bellevue, WA, April 5 2006 - SNAPin Software™, the first company to deliver self-service software for mobile phones, has received final funds for its Series C investment round from Trilogy Equity Partners, a new Seattle based investment firm led by cellular pioneer, John Stanton.

Trilogy partner and co-founder Mikal Thomsen, who was most recently the president and a director of Western Wireless Corporation, as well as a director of Cellular Telephone & Internet Association, will join the SNAPin Software board. He also serves as a director of Winebid.com, the Basketball Club of Seattle LLC and is chairman of the Washington State University Foundation Board of Governors.

“SNAPin's SelfService is a very impressive software application that will solve the significant business problems faced by wireless carriers, reducing operation expenses of customer service operations and improving customers' mobile experience,” said Trilogy's Thomsen. “Coupled with the extensive wireless industry expertise of its management team, SNAPin is on the verge of achieving a great deal of success in the US as well as internationally.”

“SNAPin is honored to be among the first of Trilogy's investments. Their involvement was so early in the establishment of the fund that we were not able to formally release information about their involvement,” said Bob Lewis, SNAPin president and CEO. “The reputation and experience of the partners at Trilogy will be a significant asset to us.”

Trilogy's investment amplifies SNAPin's positive momentum of the past few months. In February, SNAPin announced that Orange UK, one of the UK's largest mobile communications companies, began a customer trial of its SNAPin SelfService product suite. SNAPin has completed several commercial field trials and is actively conducting multiple trials at this time. The company expects commercial deployments to begin in 2006.

“Both our investors and customers have recognized the potential of our SelfService product suite and it's not hard to see why,” said Lewis. “Our software intercepts and resolves three out of four calls to customer support right on the device, delivering not only dramatic savings for mobile operators, but also an improved service experience for their subscribers”

To see a live demonstration of SNAPin SelfService, SNAPin will be exhibiting at CTIA 2006 in the Nokia booth, number 2641.

Live demonstrations of SNAPin's software will be conducted at stand G65 in Hall 2 during the upcoming 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.
