Nokia Names SNAPin Software Innovator of the Year
SNAPin receives two achievement awards at annual Nokia World event
London, England and Bellevue, WA - December 6, 2006 - SNAPin SoftwareT, the first company to deliver self-service software for mobile devices, today announced its selection as Innovator of The Year and Best Productivity Application in the 2006 Forum Nokia PRO Awards, sponsored by Nokia's global developer support program. SNAPin was selected for both of these awards from more than 100 entries that were judged by an independent panel of mobile industry journalists and analysts.
The awards were presented to SNAPin for its SelfService product suite. SelfService promotes and drives usage in applications and services, ,automatically diagnoses and repairs problems, and most importantly - intercepts calls to customer care and resolves them right on the device.
