Technical Program Manager, Integration

Job Summary

SNAPin is looking for a technical program manager who can handle multiple projects, has a breadth of experience across operating systems, network protocols and hardware, and has stellar oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track multiple internal projects and tasks within the integration services team.
  • Work with integration engineers, integration managers, deployment managers, and engineering to determine scope, priority and resource allocation for projects.
  • Create technical documentation for various pieces of our development process.
  • May participate in ad hoc scripting tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and through writing.
  • Experience with enterprise servers, hardware, networking, protocols and processes.
  • Telecoms experience a plus.
  • Unix/Linux experience a plus.

Education & Experience

  • 4-year degree in related field or commensurate experience.
  • 2+ years project management experience in a professional development environment.
  • Development experience a plus.

Qualities

  • Must be extremely organized, and able to track a large number of tasks with complex dependencies.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team.
  • Must be a fast learner, able to add value on day one.
  • Ability to meet and exceed project deadlines.
  • Ability to work with other departments and interact with all levels in the company.
