Integration Quality Manager

Job Summary
The Integration Quality Manager will be responsible for coordinating Quality Assurance tasks with SNAPin customers and systems integrator partners. This includes mapping external processes with internal processes, defining deliverables, scoping the work to be performed, and articulating all testing requirements to the internal Quality Assurance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define testing dependencies and schedules
- Negotiate required testing artifacts required by internal and external parties
- Ensure all testing documentation is complete and accurate
- Translate external customer requirements into a test plan, test cases, validation plans
- Estimate testing resources required to meet defined schedules
- Provide clean handoff to SNAPin Support upon project completion
Required knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with large, structured IT environments
- Understanding of staff scheduling and resourcing dynamics
- Experience writing test cases, test plans, validation plans, regression tests, etc.
- Unix/Solaris/Linux experience a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education, Training and/or Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Services or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in quality assurance
- Proven track record of actively participating in successful software releases through a standardized process
