Integration Manager

The Integration Manager is responsible for supporting members of the Customer Delivery group with technical aspects of deployment programs, internal projects, research and documentation. This is a customer-facing role, in which you will be an active participant and critical member of a fast-paced organization that is deploying cutting-edge software into some of the most respected players in the industry.

You will help to ensure customer requirements are clearly articulated to SNAPin technical teams and map to customer requirements. This role requires strong technical abilities, a passion for learning and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Essentail Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate documentation for customer-specific implementation details
  • upport requirements-gathering processes with customers and systems integrators
  • Articulate standard product features and definitions to customers and systems integrators
  • Research new technologies and protocols, culminating in internally-published white papers to Customer Delivery and Engineering
  • Communicate with internal project stakeholders (Delivery, Engineering, Senior Management, Product Teams and Legal) to ensure buy-in and support.
  • Support Customer Delivery with tools and technical expertise, as needed
  • Work with our internal technical and product teams to develop documentation to our carrier customers and partners
  • Coordinate the transition from deployment to support to ensure a successful hand off between teams
  • May participate in the creation of RFI and RFP documents
  • Follow all Customer Delivery processes and procedures as they relate to the PMLC and SDLC.

Position Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of telecommunications/wireless industry desired
  • Minimum 2 years in professional position, within a technology company
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable technology (carrier networking, databases, client/server, software development, etc.)
  • Experience utilizing Quality Methodologies or tools during project life cycles
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC required
  • Background in application development a plus.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced, self directed environment developing and delivering project and product-based documentation.
  • Able to provide self- motivation and work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment, while contributing to a positive team environment
  • Able to manage multiple assigned tasks and prioritize work efforts in order to accomplish most critical tasks first and meet deadlines. Independently evaluate company needs in order to understand critical path items.
  • Experience with change management or production acceptance processes.
  • Able to determine who the audience is, what their needs are and desired outcome of communication which leads to the ability to write detailed documents that deliver information appropriately for multiple audience types.
